Russel Orhii has achieved several records, as well as other feats of strength, that rank among the highlights of the year. His success in breaking national and world records has continued for the past few years, which ultimately resulted in him becoming the IPF World Champion in 2021. However, his goals and aspirations changed a bit following his success. Consequently, Russel decided to pursue bodybuilding while also striving to lift as much weight as possible in powerlifting. The good times keep rolling for Russel, as he recently posted a 765-pound (347-kilogram) raw squat lifetime PR.
Russell Orhii’s physique looks absolutely amazing, as he has gotten quite shredded without losing muscle mass. However, he is obviously stronger than he has ever been, seeing that he squatted 765 pounds (347 kilograms) raw. Russel only utilized a lifting belt and knee sleeves, which is allowed in the raw division of powerlifting. Although his current bodyweight is not clear, Russel’s new squat PR could be an Unofficial World Record in many divisions.
Russel Orhii is currently 11 weeks out from some sort of competition, but it is not clear if that is in powerlifting or bodybuilding. It is also hard to construct an opinion based on his training, as he is constantly improving in both sports.
