- Six whole eggs
- salt and pepper
- Two cups of milk
- Two servings Cereal (Mini Wheats)
- Steak
Sulek explained that his breakfast will mainly consist of eggs, steak, cereal, and milk, which will total 100 grams of protein and 100 grams of carbohydrates.
“I’m thinking just six whole eggs. Usually, I probably go for maybe eight or nine or ten even, but since I’m going to have some cereal too. If I do six eggs, that’s going to be about 36 grams of protein, and two cups of milk that will put me right at 50. Plus some steak, a very well. Yeah, that’s about right [100-gram protein breakfast].”
“The steak is going to say how much it weighs everybody in their right mind knows an egg is six grams of protein and five grams of fat. You can’t really guess with, what am I going to sit here and count each mini wheat? That’s crazy.”
With no salsa in Fouad Abiad’s ‘meathead fridge,’ Sulek opted for salt and pepper on his eggs.
“Let’s just chow down. We got back later in a couple of hours so I’m sure that the 80 grams of carbs plus the 24 from the milk, so about 100 in this breakfast is going to get burned off on whatever lat pulldowns and rows and pull overs we end up doing.”
There has been considerable backlash as a result of Sulek’s dieting choices. Bodybuilding veteran Lee Priest ultimately chimed in and called out fans for pestering him about his nutrition. Priest made it clear that Sulek is simply showing off how he conducts himself and isn’t forcing his viewpoints on anyone watching his content.
Aside from the notoriety he has received for his unconventional diet, Sulek has also been criticized for his potential use of performance-enhancing drugs. While the bodybuilding star has yet to comment on the matter one way or another, fans are eager to hear from him and learn his opinions on steroid use.
Despite the polarizing nature of Sulek’s star power, it’s evident he has a massive and growing fanbase, who look forward to his training tips, insights, and thoughts on nutrition before attempting a workout.
“I feel pretty good after so last night’s ending meal, we all ordered ice cream. So I got a half a pint of cookies and cream and a strawberry milkshake. I slept like a baby it was perfect,” said Sam Sulek.
