Seth Feroce is giving his two cents on who might walk away victorious at the 2024 Mr. Olympia. In a recent video shared on August 29, 2024, Feroce gave his top 10 picks at the 2024 Mr. Olympia in the Men’s Open.

Fireworks are set to fly at this year’s Mr. Olympia gathering, the most consequential bodybuilding event of the year. Derek Lunsford is the reigning champion having dethroned his teammate Hadi Choopan in a very close battle at the 2023 Mr. Olympia.

But there’s far more than these two frontrunners athletes have to worry about. In addition, Nick Walker will aim to make a successful return to the stage after bowing out of the biggest show of the year due to a sidelining hamstring and calf injury. He’s carefully trained for redemption ahead of the comeback, leaving fans curious about how he’ll fare against the best.

Samson Dauda is another name many have pegged as a future Mr. Olympia winner. While he took runner-up to Hadi Choopan at back-to-back events (2024 Arnold Classic Ohio and UK), he continues to boast impressive changes in his physique, both in terms of fullness and conditioning. It’s going to be utter chaos on stage with newer threats eager to make statements, such as Martin Fitzwater who earned gold at the Detroit Pro before taking runner-up to Nick Walker in New York.

Retired IFBB Pro Seth Feroce Gives Top 10 Men’s Open Picks for 2024 Mr. Olympia

Predicting who could walk away with gold is a daunting task, but Seth Feroce, known for his knowledge of bodybuilding, did his best below. Unlike Iain Valliere, who also rendered his top 10 picks for the Open Mr. Olympia, Seth Feroce believes Derek Lunsford will defend his title successfully, thus becoming a two-time champion.

Seth Feroce’s Top 10 Men’s Open Picks

  1. Derek Lunsford
  2. Hadi Choopan
  3. Samson Dauda
  4. Nick Walker
  5. Andrew Jacked
  6. Hunter Labrada
  7. Martin Fitzwater
  8. Brandon Curry
  9. Behrooz Tabani
  10. Raphael Brandao

While sharing his picks, Feroce revealed he struggled when he got further down the list but ultimately decided Martin Fitzwater would secure the seventh place spot.

“Where I was starting to fly awry was seven through ten because you have Del A Rosa, which he is deadly there, you have Martin, Del A Rosa, Raph, Curry, Behrooz” Feroce shared.

Other notable figures in the bodybuilding community have come forward to share their predictions for the 2024 Mr. Olympia. Among them was Iain Valliere, as mentioned above, who believes Hadi Choopan will emerge victorious this October. Nick Walker also provided his top five, obviously placing himself in first, followed by Hadi Choopan and then Derek Lunsford.

With only six weeks till the incredible 60th anniversary of the Mr. Olympia, fans look forward to seeing their bodybuilding favorites go head-to-head for the coveted Sandow Trophy. Regardless of who reigns supreme this October 10-13, it is guaranteed to be an amazing weekend packed with exciting displays of talent.
