This was Shelly Stettner’s eighth time competing and her seventh professional victory. This is a very impressive record, considering that she has been taking part in sanctioned powerlifting competitions for less than three years.

Shelly is proof that age is just a number. She first picked up a barbel in 2016 and is now lifting some incredible weight. In addition, just a few years ago Shelly performed her first pull-up, which she could now perform without breaking a sweat.
