The 2021 Arnold Classic is four weeks away, taking place September 25th, in Columbus, Ohio. Ahead of this contest, Steve Kuclo and Sergio Oliva Jr. are getting shredded for this massive show.

This year’s Arnold is shaping up to be one of the biggest in the contest’s history, taking place just a couple of weeks before the Olympia. With only the Men’s Open winner getting an invite to the 2021 Olympia, stakes are super high for those who are competing.

Among the stacked list of competitors in the Men’s Open division, is Steve Kuclo, who is fresh off of a second place performance at the Texas Pro, and is in need of a win at the Arnold if he plans to compete at the Olympia. He posted to Instagram to show that he has been working hard to improve his physique since Texas, showing off his gains with a posing and physique update.

“Winning will cost your everything, and reward you with more, if you’re willing to do the work! We do the work!! Rise Above 💪🏻” Steve wrote.

Steve certainly appears to have made some minor adjustments already, in the two weeks since he competed in Texas. Whether or not it will be enough to earn him a win in Ohio remains to be seen, but it is impossible to deny that he is putting the work in to make that happen.

Similar to Kuclo, Sergio Oliva Jr. is also in need of a big performance at the Arnold Classic, in order to keep his Olympia dreams and aspirations alive. He too has been grinding in the gym, and showed as much with a recent post to his own social media, showing off his grind as he prepares to compete for the first time in 2021.

“Complaining is easy, executing is hard,” Sergio wrote.

Both Steve Kuclo and Sergio Oliva Jr. have a lot at stake at the 2021 Arnold Classic, but these are just a few of the ultra stacked list of competitors at this year’s contest. Given the circumstances of scheduling, and how it lines up with the Olympia, this is certainly one of the most unique Arnolds to ever take place.

As the contest draws closer, it would not be surprising to see another big name or two added to the competitor’s list, especially to try earning a spot at the Olympia. Even if that is not the case, this should be a riveting contest.
