Vladislava Galagan, ‘The Kendall Jenner of Bodybuilding’ Shares Her Supplement Stack for Training

Surging fitness influencer Vladislava Galagan shared what supplements she takes in pre, intra, and post-workout settings.

Often referred to as the ‘Kendall Jenner of Bodybuilding’ because of her striking resemblance to the reality TV star, Vladislava Galagan has been open about her fitness journey. In a recent YouTube short, Galagan broke down her supplement intake for pre, intra, and post-workouts. 

Vladislava Galagan is breaking barriers as a woman in the world of fitness. From imparting advice and wisdom to females aiming to compete in bodybuilding to sharing her raw and candid take on performance-enhancing drugs, Galagan’s approach to building muscle is lauded by her massive fanbase. 

On her quest for the ultimate physique, Galagan hasn’t shied away from opening up about her steroid use. She admits ‘short cycles’ were important to her body’s growth but emphasized that anyone, especially athletes, should never rely on them wholeheartedly.

With PED usage comes side effects, as was the case with the budding fitness influencer. She has talked about losing 50% of her hair at one point, and cautions her fans to always practice safety with a credentialed coach should they choose to go down that route. Though today, Galagan listed her supplement stack, which she utilizes for pre, intra, and post-workout settings.

  • Protein isolate 1 portion

“My supps before, during, and after workout.” 

“Right after workout: protein isolate 1 portion.”

“1h before workout: Arginine 6g.”

“During workout: BCAAs 15g, water 1.5L plus Glutamine 6g.” 

“After workout with protein: Antioxidants: Q-10, vitamin C, rutin, B6,” shares Galagan. 

Known for opening up with her audience, Vladislava Galagan has been honest about the measures she took to fuel her bodybuilding efforts. She has reflected on how web cam services/OnlyFans saved her life and allowed her to start up her bodybuilding career. In addition, the work also enabled Galagan to continue going to college.

Fortunately, Vladislava has also talked about her nutritional demands. Overall, she revealed that she consumes 120 grams of protein, 180 grams of carbs, and 80 grams of fat on a daily basis to fuel her workouts and help her maintain a shredded yet feminine physique. 

Having teamed up with fellow fitness sensation Larry Wheels for a demanding shoulders training session, Galagan is always trying to test herself inside the gym. In addition to boasting an aesthetic physique, she also possesses impressive strength. 

There’s no denying that ‘The Kendall Jenner of Bodybuilding’ continues to gain traction and popularity within the fitness community. Now, her die-hard fans can see exactly which supplements fuel her body before a workout, during, and after the session has wrapped up.
