2023 Asian Youth Weightlifting Championships
The 2023 Asian Youth Weightlifting Championships began on 28 July 2023, with 123 lifters in 20 classes. This competition was decided within the 2023 Asian Junior Championships. The lifts counted for both, with places ranked within each field. Gold went to Prince Keil Delos Santos (49 kg, 210 kg), Duong K (55 kg, 240 kg), Albert Delos Santos (61 kg, 258 kg), Bedabrat Bharali (67 kg, 273 kg), Khikmatillo Khaydarov (73 kg, 287 kg), Diyorbek Ermatov (81 kg, 319 kg), Farhad Gholizadeh (89 kg, 317 kg), Batirbek Parakhatov (96 kg, 318 kg), Abolfazl Zare (102 kg, 348 kg) and Taha Nemati Moghaddam (+102 kg, 366 kg) for the men, and Nguyen Phuong Linh (40 kg, 124 kg), Angeline Colonia (45 kg, 152 kg), Jhodie Peralta (49 kg, 160 kg), Natcha Kaewnoi (55 kg, 176 kg), Lyudmila Elefteriadi (59 kg, 177 kg), Seyedehghazaleh Hosseini (64 kg, 182 kg), Phattharathida Wongsing (71 kg, 212 kg), Madina Fayzullaeva (76 kg, 200 kg), Anamjan Rustamova (81 kg, 228 kg) and Tran Thi Hien (+81 kg, 224 kg) for the women.
