2023 Asian Junior Weightlifting Championships
The 2023 Asian Junior Weightlifting Championships began on 28 July 2023, with 136 lifters in 20 classes. The 2023 Asian Youth Championships were decided within this competition. The lifts counted for both, with places ranked within each field. Gold went to Do Tu Tung (55 kg, 260 kg), Siddhanta Gogoi (61 kg, 265 kg), Tran Minh Tri (67 kg, 299 kg), Worrapot Nasuriwong (73 kg, 307 kg), Nursultan Esbergenov (81 kg, 332 kg), Khojiakbar Olimov (89 kg, 335 kg), Şahzadbek Matýakubow (96 kg, 357 kg), Jeong Huijun (102 kg, 350 kg), Kurbonmurod Nomozov (109 kg, 360 kg) and Alireza Esfandiari (+109 kg, 384 kg) for the men, and Rose Jean Ramos (45 kg, 157 kg), Rosegie Ramos (49 kg, 182 kg), Chen Guan-ling (55 kg, 195 kg), Han Jihye (59 kg, 193 kg), Fatemeh Keshavarz (64 kg, 197 kg), Vanessa Sarno (71 kg, 216 kg), Park Sumin (76 kg, 217 kg), Anamjan Rustamova (81 kg, 228 kg), Kim Sua (87 kg, 212 kg) and Kim Hyoeon (+87 kg, 250 kg) for the women.
