  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 pump Amoretti sugar-free amaretto syrup

How To Prepare

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can add ice for cooling. You can also use water instead of milk if you want lesser calories or if you want more calories protein or fat you can add 8-10 cashews.
