Phil Heath “I’m Coming in smaller” vows to bring his best version to win and tie Ronnie Coleman & Lee Haney’s record 8 Olympia titles.
Phil Heath is just 24 days away from the 2018 Mr. Olympia competition – and he may become the third bodybuilder in the world to match the eight Mr. Olympia wins record of legend King Ronnie Coleman and Lee Haney.
Phil is in final straight up Olympia prep mode and seems like no longer interested in trash talking and playing games. The defending champ Phil Heath shows great confidence and promises to bring his best physique we have ever seen on him at the Olympia stage.
In the latest video, Phil explains to fans what is his ideal weight at the Olympia and explain that winning Olympia title is not about the size but all about the best conditioning and muscle maturity and separation.
“Lot of peoples [bodybuilders] think they can’t do well because they’re not big enough…
it’s not about being big enough… it’s about being good enough!”
