2025 Arnold Classic Fitness International Prejudging Report

The 2025 Arnold Classic saw competitors from the Fitness category take to the stage for prejudging on Friday at 12:30 p.m. EST. After a handful of callouts, Tamara Vahn and Michelle Fredua-Mensah are leading the prejudging heading into the finals this evening. 

Without the Fitness category, the Arnold Classic wouldn’t be the same. This division is unlike others because not only do athletes have to present stage-worthy physiques with conditioning and fullness, but they also have to craft artistic individual routines that require a balance of endurance and strength. 

There were a handful of contenders battling it out during prejudging. Tamara Vahn presented a stellar package and continues to improve from season to season. Michelle Fredua-Mensah also impressed the judges throughout prejudging. The final callout featured Tamara Vahn and Michelle Fredua-Mensah, who both brought conditioned physiques. It’s anyone’s title heading into the finals tonight at 7:00 p.m.
