Fans witnessed history unfold in the Fitness division at the 2025 Arnold Classic, as competitors vied for supremacy and cash prizes on February 28 in Ohio. In the end, Jaclyn Baker took home gold in the Fitness division!
With flashy and creative posing routines alongside physique comparisons, it takes a multi-pronged approach to stand out in this category. Early on, it was clear Jaclyn Baker brought a special routine and possibly one her strongest physiques to date.
Judges also gave Michelle Fredua-Mensah a close look throughout the finals. She has made huge improvements in each of her outings. With a taper complimented by her aesthetic shape, fans witnessed an intense showdown before the results rolled in.
2025 Arnold Classic Fitness International Results:
Jaclyn Baker was in the running to take first place. She entered this event having recently earned an impressive second-place finish at the 2024 Arnold Classic. With a sharp individual routine coupled with her momentum from the physique rounds, she presented a sound case to the judges.
Michelle Fredua-Mensah was another frontrunner who cleared the physique rounds during prejudging with ease. Her symmetry and muscle tone set the table for a brilliant showing. She last finished in fourth place at the Arnold last year. In the end, Jaclyn Baker secured the big win. Michelle Fredua-Mensah and Tamara Vahn claimed second and third place.
