Bodybuilders are turning up the intensity ahead of the upcoming 2023 Arnold Classic, scheduled to take place March 2-5 in Columbus, Ohio. In recent Instagram posts, Nick Walker, William Bonac, Samson Dauda, and Patrick Moore shared impressive physique updates less than two weeks from the contest.
IFBB Pro League Men’s Open competitor Nick Walker took the bodybuilding world by storm with his freaky muscle mass and jacked physique. After placing fourth at the 2020 Chicago Pro, Walker went on a rampage the following year to make his presence known. He dominated the competition at the 2021 New York Pro, defeating the likes of Justin Rodriguez and Hassan Mostafa to get the top prize.
He followed that up with another win at the 2021 Arnold Sports Festival. His final appearance of the season saw him place fifth at the 2021 Mr. Olympia in his debut. Last year (2022), ‘The Mutant’ earned third place and won the Olympia People’s Champ Award, beating former two-time Mr. Olympia Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay, who placed fifth. Meanwhile, Hadi Choopan won the Mr. Olympia title.
Walker is currently in prep for the 2023 Arnold Classic. Going into the show as the highest-ranked Olympian, he feels more confident than ever and believes his conditioning is better than what it was before the last Olympia.

Renowned bodybuilding gurus Hany Rambod and Milos Sarcev shared their analysis of the top contenders for the event earlier this month. Sarcev extended his support for rising sensation Andrew Jacked and Samson Dauda as notable favorites. Conversely, Rambod argued Walker’s freak factor will be hard to compete with.
A week ago, Walker crushed a heavy leg day workout in preparation for the show. He showed off his massive quads and hamstrings while going through a series of exercises. Bodybuilding icon Jay Cutler praised Walker for his consistency in the sport. The four-time Mr. Olympia champ backed him to bring an even better package next month.
Nick Walker shares a massive physique update under 2 weeks out from the 2023 Arnold Classic
In a recent post made on Instagram, Nick Walker shared a physique update under two weeks out from the 2023 Arnold Classic. He revealed his current weight is sitting at 258 pounds.
Samson Dauda shows off huge arms in a physique update 2 weeks out of the Arnold Classic
In a recent Instagram post, Samson Dauda shared a physique update just two weeks out from the upcoming show.
Last year, Dauda kicked the season off with a fourth-place finish at the 2022 Arnold Sports Festival before scoring another fourth-place finish at the IFBB Boston Pro. He earned an invite to the Olympia and did not disappoint as he managed to crack the top six in his debut.
Two-time 212 Mr. Olympia champ Shaun Clarida is expecting an intense battle with Dauda on the Arnold stage. Clarida believes they have similar structure except for the size difference and said out-posing Dauda might be his path to victory.
William Bonac shares a physique update
In a recent Instagram post, William Bonac shared a shredded physique update two weeks out from the 2023 Arnold Classic.
Bonac returns as the only two-time Arnold Classic champion (2018,2020). ‘The Conqueror’ talked about discontinuing the use of oral steroids in prep for the nearing Arnold Classic. The dilemma stemmed from his health struggles due inflamed kidneys. He considered not competing at the event but will be back for redemption after finishing 9th at the recent Olympia event.
Patrick Moore shares insane physique update
In a recent Instagram post, Patrick Moore shared a physique update just over a week out from the Arnold Classic.
Bodybuilder Patrick Moore is set to make his comeback at the upcoming Arnold Classic. The Men’s Open competitor had been on the sidelines due to an Achilles tendon injury he picked up last April. He was last seen in action at the 2021 Legion Sports Fest Pro, where he placed tenth.
While away from the stage, Moore was considering a potential move away from the Men’s Open division to the Classic Physique category. In August 2022, Moore reported positive updates on the injury and declared his comeback for 2023.
Moore was confirmed to compete at the nearing Arnold Classic in January. He sent warning shots to his competition with an impressive physique update earlier this month. With less than two weeks out of the 2023 Arnold Classic, competitors will look to bring their absolute best next month.
