Luke Stoltman has been one of the biggest figures in the Strongman community for over a decade now. But, despite getting older, Luke is only getting better and stronger. His results are the best proof of his progress, as he is the reigning Britain’s Strongest Man. Luke has also recently made a post on Instagram, sharing a physique update and showcasing a ripped six-pack.

The nature of Strongman forces the athletes to build massive physiques, carrying massive amounts of muscle, but also fat, as it helps prevent injuries and move huge weights. However, fitness and endurance are proving to play a big role in the current format of Strongman events. As a result, Luke Stoltman and some other athletes are able to cut down a bit.

Luke Stoltman weighed 162 kilograms (357.1 pounds) at the start of his transformation journey. He decided to focus more on his diet and conditioning training, which clearly paid off tremendously. Luke now has visible abs and impressive roundness in his shoulders, as well as great definition in both his upper and lower body muscles. This came as a result of an 8-kilogram (17.6-pound) bodyweight loss, which left Luke looking like a brand-new man.
