The 2026 Arnold Classic Men’s Physique finals took place in Ohio’s Battelle Grand at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The contest began at 7 PM EST and saw Brandon Hendrickson secure his second title after 10 years.
The Men’s Physique class has become extremely competitive over the years. That’s been driven by the sheer number of competitors who earn IFBB Pro cards in the division each season. Top contenders in Ohio brought their best over the weekend.
On-paper, Brandon Hendrickson was the man to beat. He won the Arnold in 2016 and holds three Men’s Physique Olympia titles. Ali Bilal won this show last year, but decided to sit out. Between Emmanuel Hunter, Vitor Chaves, and Andrei Deiu, the judges had to run multiple posing rounds to determine who was leading.

In the finals, Hendrickson seemed to get harder as the comparisons went along. Moreover, his back detail popped more, and this helped him close the gap on his rivals. Vitor Chaves also brought a dry look to the finals, prompting the judges to take a closer look at him near center stage.
Having just finished third at the Olympia, Hendrickson made sure to hold his poses longer. Following a tough showdown, Brandon Hendrickson secured his second Arnold Classic title. Vitor Chaves finished in second place and Emanual Hunter secured third on the podium.
