The 2026 Arnold Classic Fitness International finals started at 7 PM EST, March 6, at the Batelle Grand inside the Greater Columbus Convention Center. After presenting their individual routines, judges awarded Michelle Fredua-Mensah the victory.

The Fitness division has become one of the most entertaining in the federation. Unlike other bodybuilding categories, athletes have 2/3 of their score based on their individual posing routine. They are also put through comparisons in physique rounds, which makes endurance an even bigger factor.

All had solid stage presentations, making it tough on the judges. Fans witnessed an intense showdown for Arnold Classic glory.
