The 2026 Arnold Sports Festival takes place March 5-8 in Columbus, Ohio. We’ve put together a guide on how to watch the events in real time through the free livestream offered by bodybuilding legend Arnold Schwarzenegger.
The epic weekend will feature seven IFBB Pro League divisions, headlined by the Men’s Open class. Prejudging for all categories outside of the Open will occur on the Expo Stage in the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Finals and Men’s Open prejudging will take over the Battelle Grand, also inside the convention center.
A star-studded guest panel awaits; fans look forward to hearing from former eight-time Mr. Olympia King Ronnie Coleman, along with his long-time rival and friend, Jay Cutler. Sam Sulek, who will make his Pro debut at the Arnold Classic, has also reserved time for autographs and meet and greets.
The festival will host the Arnold Amateur, the Arnold Strongman Classic, and the Strongwoman Classic. From powerlifting to arm wrestling, this weekend has something for all fitness and strength sports fans around the world.
