Big Ramy had a disappointing 2018 placing 6th at the Olympia just a year after he came in second to Phil Heath in 2017. But it’s a new year and Ramy is making an effort to redeem himself.

Well, we’d have to say he’s looking amazing right now but we won’t get our hopes up too high just yet. On the other hand, we must admire a god-like physique when we see one.

Ramy posted a short Instagram video of him posing with some interesting music…

So, will Ramy be a contender for a top 5 spot this year at Mr. Olympia? It’s really possible considering he’s now under Neil “Yoda” Hill of Team Y3T and we all know he’s capable of getting bodybuilders into tip-top shape including elite bodybuilding competitor Flex Lewis.

For now, we’ll admire what we see and hope Big Ramy can pull it all together come the 2019 Mr. Olympia competition. The good thing is that Ramy is only 34 which means he has plenty of years to go in the sport.
