The 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games presented a sum of $2.8 million in total payouts across every division. The total prize money was bumped up by $330,000 from last year’s payout of $2.5 million, making it the largest offering in its history.

For the first time ever, NOBULL awarded prizes for all elite athletes, the top 10 teams, and podium finishers from masters and adaptive divisions. On the other hand, rewards for ‘Fittest on Earth’ stayed the same as last year. The top 3 finishers of an individual event also received extra bonus on top.

Furthermore, the individuals compete for event-winning prizes in addition to the overall win. When an athlete wins first place in one of the events, they are awarded US$3,000 as a prize. It is important to note that the number of events varies yearly. During the last year, there were a total of 12 events that took place.

Athletes who finish in the top 40 of the rankings receive prize money. A prize money payout was only given out to the top 20 finishers last year.

It is important to note that the prize money in the team competition only extends up to 10th place. The top five competitors received prizes last year.

After a dominant showing at the tournament, Tia-Clair Toomey won a record-breaking sixth title when she got crowned the 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games winner. As for the men’s division, Justin Medeiros edged out Roman Khrennikov and Ricky Garard to win the competition again. Meanwhile, CrossFit Mayhem Freedom led by the legendary Rich Froning put on a commanding performance, being placed first in each workout on their way to victory in the Teams division.
