Eugene Laviscount is a British bodybuilder who won back-to-back Mr. Universe titles in the mid 1980s. His recorded career runs from 1979 to 1992 and is almost entirely amateur international competition.
Known for
1984 and the two years after it. He won the European Championships, the World Championships and Mr Britain in 1984, then took the Mr. Universe title in 1985 and held it again in 1986. Five wins are on record and four of them fall inside those three seasons.
Early career
He appears first in 1979 and spent the early 1980s close to the top without getting over it: runner-up at both the World Championships and the Mr. Universe in 1983, and runner-up at the World Championships again in 1986, the same year he took his second Universe. He competed in the medium class through the middle of that run and in the open class either side of it. Seventeen results are on record.
