Harold Kelley
Harold Kelley is the most successful wheelchair bodybuilder the IFBB has had, and one of the least written about. He has won the Mr. Olympia wheelchair title six times and the Arnold Classic wheelchair title six times, across a professional record that runs from 2011 to 2025.
Known for
Kelley won the Wheelchair Olympia five years running, 2018 through 2022, lost it in 2023 by one place, and took it back in 2024. Over the same period he won five consecutive Arnold Classic wheelchair titles, 2016 through 2020, and a sixth in 2023. For most of a decade the division was his.
The record is what makes the argument. A category that produces a champion with six Olympia titles and six Arnold titles is a competitive division, not an exhibition, and Kelley is the reason that case no longer needs making.
Early career
He won the Wheelchair USA Championships in 2010, then took the Houston Pro in 2011, 2012 and 2013, and the UK BodyPower Pro in 2014 and 2015. By 2015 he was winning nearly everything he entered: the Dallas Pro, the Toronto Pro Supershow, the Texas Pro and BodyPower in a single season.
The Arnold Classic followed in 2016 and the Olympia in 2018. He was 51 when he won his fifth consecutive Olympia title in 2022 and 53 when he won it back in 2024. He was still competing in 2025.

Legacy
Kelley gave the wheelchair division the one thing it could not vote itself: a champion whose record needs no allowance made for it. Six Olympia titles and six Arnold titles would define a career in any category on the schedule.
