Women's Fit Model Division is a competitive bodybuilding division sanctioned by the IFBB Professional League. Competitors are judged on condition, symmetry and balance, muscularity and posing presentation, with a foundation of muscle and a level of conditioning below what Bikini shows. - Attire
- A two-piece suit in one plain color, made from Spandex or metallic material, with moderate coverage at the front and 50% coverage at the back. Stones, crystals, sequins, beads, connectors, side ties, and thongs are prohibited. High heels are required and jewelry is allowed.
- Posing
- Front and back poses plus a Model Walk. Each competitor has up to 10 seconds at center stage for their individual poses during judging.
- Judging
- Front and back poses, the Model Walk, and callouts. Judging counts 100%; finals callouts may replace the judging score as confirmation.

What do Fit Model competitors wear?

What is the Model Walk in Fit Model?
From a front pose the competitor turns 180 degrees toward the rear of the stage and adopts a back pose, walks to the rear and pauses, then turns 180 degrees and walks back to the centerline.
How long do Fit Model competitors pose for?
Up to 10 seconds at center stage for the individual front and back poses during judging. The published rule page states no time limit for the finals.
Does Fit Model have a published weight cap?
