Men’s Open standout Brandon Curry is preparing to make a powerful push for the 2025 Arnold Classic title. In a recent YouTube video, Curry walked fans through his final upper body workout as he navigates peak week ahead of the prestigious event.
With a remarkable track record, Brandon Curry‘s most notable accomplishments came when he clinched both the 2019 Arnold Classic and Mr. Olympia titles. He also earned the Arnold Classic title in 2022. He has continued to dominate the bodybuilding scene but faced a hiccup last year when he took ninth place on the Olympia stage.
With his impressive accolades, Curry is determined to reach new heights in his career. This includes aiming for a top-five finish at the 2025 Arnold Classic, followed by competing at the Masters Olympia in August. To achieve his goals, Curry has been diligently fine-tuning every aspect of his conditioning, diet, and training.

Before jumping into the training, Brandon Curry revealed that this would be his final workout of the week before taking the stage at the Arnold Classic.
“Alright, guys. Here we are. The final, final upper body day of the week, the final workout of the week. You’ve seen every phase of my normal training week leading up to the Arnold Classic 2025.”
In addition to it being his last training session, Curry shared that he wanted to train because he felt he needed some added stimulation, specifically in the upper body.
“Today was a day added to my schedule toward the final part of my prep cause I needed just a little bit more stimulation on my upper body during the week so this is a touch-up day” Curry explained.
“So we are going to train possibly everything that I need to hit upper body-wise that has recovered pretty fast. So a lot of back, mostly back, and some chest.”
With the Masters Olympia on the horizon later this year, Brandon Curry is determined first to dominate the 2025 Arnold Classic. Despite a stacked lineup featuring top competitors such as reigning Mr. Olympia Samson Dauda and Derek Lunsford, Curry’s two previous Arnold Classic victories, along with years of experience, position him as one of the standout athletes to watch.
Curry’s past victories make him one of the most formidable athletes on the roster. Be sure to tune in to Fitness Volt from February 27 to March 1, as we provide live coverage of all the action at the 2025 Arnold Classic.
