Kiersten Scurlock is going through a very good period of her career, as she is constantly getting better. Just a few months ago, at the 2021 WRPF Showdown held on September 25-26, 2021, she managed to put up a great performance which earned her second place. Kiersten got PRs in all three lifts, but most notably the squat with a 262.5 kg (578 lbs) lift. But in the latest video, Kiersten is seen squatting 2.5 kg (5.5 lbs) more than that, in training. She currently competess in the +90 kg category.

Check out this gigantic squat session of 265 kg (584 lbs) that Kiersten showcased on her Instagram page recently. She struggled a bit in the middle of the rep, but managed to push through and lock out. Kiersten used a lifting belt, knee sleeves and wrist wraps to aid her in the lift.
