Mark Wahlberg has been shifting his focus over the last few weeks. Struggling with recovery after training sessions, Wahlberg has adjusted his workout routine with his changing body. In a recent post on Instagram, Mark Wahlberg revealed his injuries while smashing past a leg day routine.

Mark Wahlberg keeps himself busy with a work portfolio chockful of accomplishments including making music, modeling, acting, directing, and business. On top of everything he has on his plate, Wahlberg is dedicated to maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle.

With a love for training, Mark Wahlberg has maintained a shredded physique even at 52 years old. Wahlberg has made it a point to share his workouts with fans that often take place early in the morning around 4 A.M. These sessions are nothing to scoff at considering Wahlberg is often pushing with grueling abs and legs training sessions.

As an actor, Wahlberg has undergone massive physique transformations. For his role in Father Stu, he consumed over 11,000 calories and gained twenty pounds in less than a month. After the movie wrapped, Mark Wahlberg was quick to get his ripped physique back and flaunted his shredded abs soon after.

Mark Wahlberg Smashes Leg Day Workout While Still Injured

Mark Wahlberg’s “Get up and get it done” attitude pushed him to work out seven days a week. Now though, Wahlberg has explained that time is catching up with him and he no longer can recover like he used to. He has shifted his mentality believing that no 52-year-old man should be training seven days a week.

After previously mentioning that he was having “problems with his shoulders, knees, and back,” Wahlberg took to Instagram revealing all the injuries he is currently dealing with. Regardless of being in pain, he proceeded to push through leg day anyway.

“Three herniated disks, torn meniscus, torn meniscus, broken bones in the hands, I gotta work through it but very gentle with it today.

Getting that movement back, rest and recover. Gotta work, gotta work” Wahlberg said

While many followers have speculated whether or not his physique is due to exercise and diet alone, Crews still boasts an impeccable body.

While it seems Wahlberg is shifting his priorities when it comes to training, his dedication to his health and fitness won’t be sidelined. Fans can look forward to seeing Mark Wahlberg still smash crazy intense workouts in the gym as well as follow along with the new strategies to staying youthful and refreshed.
