WWE legend Ric Flair (Richard Fliehr) is keeping energy high outside of the ring. On Nov. 6, 2025, he inspired fans with a brutal strength and cardio workout at 76 years old, showing off the signature power he was known for throughout his career.

Flair is among the most popular icons to emerge from the pro wrestling industry, alongside household names like the late ‘Hollywood’ Hulk Hogan, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Paul Michael Levesque (Triple H), and ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin. His career has spanned over five decades. Today, many consider him to be the greatest pro wrestler of all time.

From appearances in the WCW and WWE to the WWF, ‘The Nature Boy’ proved himself as a major pay-per-view attraction. He was a 16-time world champion in the WWE, an extremely difficult feat to achieve. Despite getting older, Flair still trains like he did when he was suplexing rivals on the mat.

“Ok Unc!!! Let’s go!!!!”

In addition to Flair, The Rock has kept fans up to date on his physique and gym progress. He turned heads recently after showcasing a downsized physique at 53. This prompted fans to comment on his Instagram page, inquiring about whether Johnson got off performance-enhancing drugs. While he denied all steroid allegations, Johnson did reveal that the switch was inspired by his pursuit of better health.

There’s no denying that Ric Flair has remained in tremendous shape despite health setbacks throughout the years. Making time for the gym can be hard enough, but Flair highlights that effort is the ultimate driver of success.
