2022 Syndicate Crown CrossFit Semifinals Results & Recap — Justin Medeiros and Mayhem Freedom Advances To Finals

The female division also saw one of the greatest rising stars, Haley Adams, win and qualify for the CrossFit Games.

The 2022 CrossFit Semifinals are well underway, as we saw the 2021 Fittest Woman on Earth®, Tia-Clair Toomey, claim her ticket for the finals at the 2022 Torian Pro. However, the 2021 CrossFit Games male champion, Justin Medeiros, has now also qualified, as he dominated the 2022 Syndicate Crown CrossFit Semifinals. This Semifinal took place on May 20-22, in Knoxville, TN. 

The young prodigy Haley Adams won the female division after a tight-knit race against Alexis Raptis. CrossFit Mayhem Freedom expectedly dominated the team’s division, as they won all six events. Mayhem’s second team, ‘CrossFit Mayhem Justice’, also qualified for the Games by finishing in 5th place.

At just 23-years-old, Justin Medeiros is steadily moving towards his second consecutive CrossFit Games title. The 2022 CrossFit Games will take place from Aug. 3-7, in Madison, Wisconsin. After winning the 2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals, Justin has now also won the 2022 Syndicate Crown CrossFit Semifinals. To solidify his place in history, he only needs to win the finals.
