The 2022 CrossFit individual Quarterfinals took place on March 24-27, in an online format. It consisted of 5 workouts and had over 27,000 athletes taking part. Only a selected few of each continent’s greatest athletes will go through to the 2022 CrossFit Semifinals. To no surprise, the winners of the 2022 CrossFit Quarterfinals are Tia-Clair Toomey and Justin Medeiros.

Tia-Clair, in particular, absolutely dominated this stage of the competition, having finished in the top 8 in each of the five workouts.
