Spring is here and bodybuilding action is starting to pick up. The 2023 Musclecontest Rio Pro went down on March 25 in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil, with the winning Wellness participant earning an invitation to the 2023 Mr. Olympia competition, scheduled from Nov. 2-5, in Orange County, Florida.Â
Instead of accumulating points throughout a season show-by-show, the only way bodybuilders can earn an invitation to Olympia is by winning a pro contest. The top three Wellness finishers of last year’s Olympia (2022) are invited back to the following year’s contest.

IFBB Pro League athletes have until October 9, 2023 to win a show for guaranteed passage to Olympia. With less time than last year to earn a spot on the big stage, bodybuilders are determined to leave no stone unturned.Â
