The most anticipated Bikini bodybuilding affair is rapidly approaching, and we’ve got you covered with our predictions. This article will analyze and break down the top five contenders we expect to find success at the 2023 Bikini Olympia competition.
The IFBB Pro League’s Bikini division has continued to skyrocket in popularity since 2010. Women push their bodies in pursuit of aesthetic excellence. Requiring less muscle development than other female categories, the Bikini class suits women of various body types and structures.
Given the competitive nature of the Bikini class, there have been many transfers of power over the years. In 2021, Jennifer Dorie held the throne, however, she was unable to replicate her success in her first title defense last December.
Instead, Maureen Blanquisco secured 2022 Bikini Olympia gold and will aim to extend her reign on November 4, in Orlando, Florida. In addition, former three-time Bikini Olympia Ashley Kaltwasser will be in attendance looking to make history as the winningest competitor of all time.

2023 Olympia Bikini Predictions — Top 5
5. Aimee Leann Delgado
With five show Pro victories just this season, it’s no surprise Aimee Leann Delgado made our top list of predictions. Her balanced proportions and hourglass silhouette give her a unique look standing next to her adversaries. In her last outing, Delgado picked up the Bikini title at the highly competitive 2023 Legion Sports Fest Pro.
At her last Bikini Olympia show in 2022, Delgado secured sixth place, showcasing drastic improvements from the year before. Given her momentum and string of victories, we see Delgado improving her overall position on the Olympia stage.
4. Ashley Kaltwasser
It’s not a Bikini Olympia without “AK” in the lineup. Kaltwasser is a savvy veteran of the category who has already captured the coveted title a total of three times (2013-2015). Her stage presence, confidence, and side turns have turned her into a lethal competitor over the years. Kaltwasser also competed at five shows this season and won four of them. Her last contest saw her take first at the 2023 Vancouver Pro in Canada.
Kaltwasser finished third on the Bikini Olympia stage last year, though given the lineup, we believe she may struggle to maintain that podium position. However, Kaltwasser should never be counted out given her record of achievements.
3. Maureen Blanquisco
The Bikini category is always challenging to predict, especially with such a stacked roster of talent this year. Maureen Blanquisco is the reigning Bikini Olympia, a feat she made possible with perfect balance and symmetry in 2022.
Using her knowledge of exercise selection and nutrition, Blanquisco hopes to cement herself as a two-time champ, which is an extremely tall task for anyone in Bikini. Her last appearance on stage was in December when she won the Bikini Olympia title and with time to rest, we expect a big performance from the champ.
2. Jennifer Dorie
Jennifer Dorie is another massive threat storming the stage in just days. Since her runner-up showing at 2020 Bikini Olympia, Dorie has displayed consistent progress. Boasting a defined hourglass figure, the consummate Pro not only won the Arnold Classic Bikini International title, but she earned the Bikini Olympia win in a historic 2021 season.
In her last outing on the Olympia stage, Dorie fell short of the new champ Maureen Blanquisco in second. Having seen Dorie bounce back from runner-up in the past, it’s a tough call to make. If she does perfect her package and posing, Dorie stands a solid shot at becoming a two-time Bikini Olympia champion.
1. Lauralie Chapados
Chapados has become a star of the sport thanks to her on-stage abilities and relentless work ethic. With one of the strongest glutes in the division, Chapados has continued to build her physique delicately while representing the ideal look of a Bikini contender. Having recently won her second Arnold Classic Bikini International title (2023), Chapados enters Olympia this year with considerable momentum.
Chapados wasn’t at her all-time best at last year’s Olympia but still managed to secure fifth place. In light of her consistent progress, training, and recent success in Columbus, Ohio, we see her pulling off the biggest win of her career in November.
