The 2024 Flex Weekend Pro in Milan, Italy was easily the biggest bodybuilding event of the weekend. Athletes from the Men’s Open, Men’s Physique, Bikini, and Wellness divisions met on June 23 to determine who would walk away with extra cash and Olympia qualifications.

Headlined by the Men’s Open category, the annual Flex Weekend Pro has become a crucial event for athletes hailing from Europe. Open bodybuilders have very few chances to ensure their spot on the biggest stage of the year, serving as added pressure for those who were in attendance over the weekend.

Last year, Nathan De Asha walked away with gold at the 2023 Flex Weekend Pro. Having trained alongside Rubiel ‘Neckzilla’ Mosquera in preparation for his title defense, Meanwhile, Behrooz Tabani continues to shine in the division thanks to his impressive conditioning levels.

Who Won Titles at the Flex Weekend Pro?

  • Men’s Open: Behrooz Tabani
  • Men’s Physique: Matheus Nery
  • Bikini: Stine Hansen
  • Wellness: Danai Theodoropoulou

This time out, Tabani pulled off the big win with a tight midsection and dry conditioning. Nathan De Asha claimed silver and Emir Omeragic took third place.
