Hollywood superstar Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson has earned a reputation for his motto of being one of the hardest workers in the room. In a recent Instagram post, Johnson shared an intense upper body workout focused on chest and back muscles with the use of supersets.
The Rock found his passion for fitness early as a teen football player. Coming from a wrestling family, he decided to become a professional wrestler himself in the late 1990s. He elevated the WWF/E banner with his charismatic personality and iconic rivalry with fellow standout Stone Cold Steve Austin during the Attitude Era. He cemented his status as one of the all-time greats before moving on with new endeavors.
Johnson also stole headlines with his acting skills. He racked up numerous hit films, including The Mummy Returns (2001), Gridiron Gang (2006), Fast & Furious 6 (2013), Pain & Gain (2013), and more. With over 370 million followers on Instagram, The Rock is easily one of the most influential people on the planet. He regularly inspires fans to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Johnson teamed up with NFL player Aaron Donald for a fierce training session at the LA Rams gym last October. The duo kicked off the workout with a taxing superset of one-arm dumbbell rows. A month later, Johnson gave fans a look into a tough lower-body workout finisher routine made up of five monster sets.

Social media personality Bradley Martyn weighed in on the debate with a similar sentiment.
Former World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall gave his take on The Rock’s alleged steroid use. He guessed Johnson would likely be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at the age of 50. Further, he defended Johnson’s alleged use.
