After taking a break due to injuries, Nathan De Asha is preparing to make an unprecedented comeback. In a recent Instagram post, De Asha showed off his incredible progress with a sculpted back in a posing update before his next bodybuilding competitions at the 2023 Flex Weekend Pro and Europa Pro.

The English Men’s Open Pro was a quick fan-favorite when it became apparent that he had the ability to incorporate both definition and mass for a balanced look. This would earn him several wins on the IFBB Pro League stage. In 2021 Nathan De Asha had a flawless year where he won at the Europa Pro, the Arnold Classic UK, and the Yamamoto Cup Pro

Skyrocketing into success, De Asha prepared for the 2022 Arnold Classic, though a bicep tear would force him to take time away from the stage. Later that year, Nathan De Asha would receive yet another bicep injury preventing him from returning to compete at Olympia.

Nathan De Asha Is Coming Back Stronger Than Ever At 2023 Flex Weekend Pro & Europa Pro

Though these injuries were severe and had several wondering if his arms would ever be the same, De Asha is coming back with a vengeance. With hours of physical therapy and a powerful will to recover, fans will see Nathan De Asha compete once again this September in Italy and then again in Spain. Looking to earn his qualification for Olympia, De Asha has been sharing his progress with fans on social media.

With less than a month until his next show, De Asha flaunts his gains stating,

“Pancake flat but we’re draggin this physique through the gutter to get what we need. How much do you want it!” Nathan De Asha wrote

Nathan De Asha’s dedication is visible given his massive size and overall detail that can be attributed to how lean he is. In a previous Bodybuilding University Podcast, De Asha detailed how he has never been this dry in addition to sharing he has never been this big. Having been an unrelenting force in the Mens Open, De Asha is coming to prove that he has what it takes to stand against the elite talent.

Judging by this latest update, De Asha looks to be possibly at his all-time best. If he is able to capture the victory at his next contest he will be qualified for 2023 Mr. Olympia. Not only that, he will have a shot at taking down the reigning and defending champion Hadi Choopan. Also an important note: if Nathan De Asha is successful, this would be his first appearance at Mr. Olympia since 2018 where he got eighth place.
