Natural bodybuilder Jeff Seid is taking full advantage of his bulking season. In his latest Instagram post shared on Dec. 10, 2025, he showed off his full push workout for adding size and developing an aesthetic chest.

Having nailed down his IFBB Pro card at just 19 years old, Jeff Seid‘s a bodybuilding prodigy. He has found remarkable success onstage and has maintained his status as a lifetime natural athlete. He won the Men’s Physique Amateur Olympia title in 2024, proving that even after the years had gone by, he had only improved.

Seid made the highly anticipated jump into Classic Physique, which required him to put on significant size. He managed to gain 30 pounds in four months on a clean bulk. This paved the way for him to shine at his last contest back in May, where he pushed competitors at the International Asia Pacific PRO/AM Championships

While he hasn’t mentioned an imminent show on the horizon, Seid is always locked into nutrition and training. Despite the holiday season going full blast, he has no intention of cutting his training short, with hopes of returning to his next event better than ever.

Jeff Seid’s Bulking Season Full Push Workout for Adding Size

In the reel, Seid offered a look at his latest push routine:

“Bulking Season 😏 Having fun with training lately adding size and enjoying life! Full push workout below:”

  • Incline Barbell Bench Press
  • Flat DB Press
  • Cable Crossovers
  • Skull Crushers (incline)
  • Rope Tricep Pushdown
  • DB Shoulder Press
  • Lateral Raises
  • Face Pulls

To develop the aesthetics and balance in the upper chest, he said the incline barbell press has been key for progress.

“I start with incline to focus on upper chest. IMO it’s the key to an aesthetic, balanced chest. We’re building a shelf, not saggy ( . Y . ),” shared Jeff Seid.

There have been heated debates about Seid’s lifetime natural claim. The topic was dissected by steroid expert Derek of More Plates More Dates. He gave his informed opinion, and while he states Seid probably isn’t taking steroids as of late, he believes he likely dabbled with them at some point throughout his bodybuilding career. He also added that Seid’s progression through the years has remained steady, furthering intrigue around the claims.

Seid plans to continue sculpting his physique during his time away from the stage. He believes this routine can help anyone develop an aesthetic chest.
