Ramon ‘Dino’ Queiroz is gearing up for his first title defense at the 2026 Mr. Olympia. In a leg day YouTube video from June 22, he shared that his forearms have reached an impressive 17 inches in prep, and that’s without a pump.

For years, Queiroz battled against Classic Physique Olympia kingpin Chris Bumstead. After securing a sixth consecutive title, ‘Cbum’ retired from the sport. This paved the way for a new Classic Physique king to emerge. Many assumed it would be Mike Sommerfeld, especially after he took runner-up to Bumstead at the 2024 Olympia

However, when Queiroz made his way to the ‘Super Bowl of Bodybuilding’ in 2025, he made it count. He presented an all-time best look and significantly improved his posing transitions. As a result, he narrowly defeated Sommerfeld and kick-started a new era. With Queiroz inching closer to the stage, fans are wondering who can truly stop him from another victory.

In the video, Queiroz shared that his forearms have grown to 17 inches without a pump.

“17 inches — normal. 42 cm, pump should be around 46, I think,” Ramon Queiroz shared

Arms have long been a dominant feature of Queiroz’s physique. It’s made his double biceps, lat spread, and side triceps poses world-class, allowing him to hold his own even when he faces off against shorter, stockier contenders.

To lay claim to another Olympia victory, Dino has to get through Sommerfeld again. ‘Mike the Badass’ has recaptured momentum after dropping out of the 2026 Arnold Classic Ohio event. He rebounded with a big win over Wesley Vissers at the Arnold Classic UK

Vissers secured his second AC title and won the Detroit Pro decisively. He stands out as one of Dino’s top threats, having beaten him back at the Arnold in 2024. Additionally, fans expect Terrence Ruffin to be in the mix. He managed to place third at the 2025 Classic Physique Olympia and has built a reputation as one of the strongest posers in the IFBB Pro League.

Ramon Dino’s Future

Should Ramon Dino secure a second Classic Physique Olympia title, he’ll be well on his way to building an all-time great legacy. He has teased a possible move to the Men’s Open class, but said he won’t entertain the idea until he’s ruled the Classic Physique Olympia throne for five years.

Judging by progress photos and snippets of his training, Queiroz is on track for a dominant performance. The 2026 Mr. Olympia will take place from September 24-27 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
