The 2025 Classic Physique Olympia jumped out as one of the most thrilling events of Joe Weider’s Olympia Fitness & Performance Weekend, taking place from Oct. 9–12 in Las Vegas, NV. In the finals, which began at 6:15 PDT, Ramon Rocha Queiroz secured his first Classic Physique Olympia win, making history as only the fourth champion in the division.

In 2024, Chris Bumstead commanded the field and cemented himself as a six-time consecutive Classic Physique Olympia. During his victory speech, he revealed plans to retire from the sport, paving the way for a new titleholder to emerge.

In the finals, Terrene Ruffin‘s muscle hardness pushed him into title contention and boosted the detail behind his abs and thigh pose. Sommerfeld’s front lat spread was a knockout shot. Although he was tasked with dropping 14 pounds in two days before the show, it didn’t seem to affect his leg volume. Ramon Queiroz also came on strong, bringing his most complete package to date.

Ultimately, Ramon Rocha Queiroz pulled ahead in the finals to become the new Classic Physique Olympia champion! Mike Sommerfeld finished in second place, with Terrence Ruffin taking bronze.
