3x Fitness Olympia, 2020, 2022 and 2024
Missy Truscott
Missy Truscott won the Fitness Olympia in 2020, 2022 and 2024 and the Arnold Classic in 2020 and 2021. She has never finished lower than second at a Fitness Olympia she entered.
Known for
Her Olympia record in fitness reads second, first, second, first, first for 2019 through 2024. Three titles and two runner-up finishes in five appearances.
She won the Arnold Classic in consecutive years, 2020 and 2021, and added the Legion Sports Fest Pro in 2021 and the Boston Pro in 2022. Fitness is the most technically demanding division on the schedule, judged on a routine as well as a physique, and it produces very few repeat champions.
Early career
Her recorded career opens in 2019 with second at the Olympia, which is an unusual place to start. The first title came the following year.
She did not compete at the 2023 Olympia. She returned in 2024 and won it, then moved to the figure division in 2025 and placed tenth, having won the Tupelo Pro and the Sasquatch Pro earlier that season. She was sixteenth in figure at the 2026 Olympia.

Where the titles came from
Counted from the same results table below: an appearance is one contest entered (in the years the Olympia also judged weight classes, one appearance can carry two placings), an Olympia title is the overall win in that division, and Top 3 counts first, second and third together. The last row is every professional contest on record for Missy Truscott.

Where these results come from. Each contest in the table was recorded from a named source, and for Missy Truscott those sources are NPC Contests, IFBB Pro League, Arnold Sports and MuscleMemory. Open any contest above and that page names its own source and links to it where the source is still reachable. MuscleMemory is the exception: the archive we recorded those older shows from no longer answers at the addresses we hold, so it is credited by name and not offered as a link.

Competition placings on this page come from our own contest database and cover her record from 2019 onward.
Our corpus holds no height or weight for her, so the stat block on this page is thinner than the account above.
Win rate here is first-place finishes as a share of all 14 professional contest results. It is published only where a career holds at least five, because below that a single placing moves the figure by twenty points or more.
