It is always exciting to see Bradley Martyn and Tristyn Lee hitting the gym together and making gains. Recently they took to the weights for an intense arm and back training sesh, and it was quite intense to see.
Over the years, Martyn has garnered quite the following on social media and in the fitness world. He is the co-owner of Zoo Culture Gym, as well as Rawgear Apparel, which has served to help him make a name in the world of fitness.
He and Lee do a fair amount of training together from time to time, with Bradley helping the young bodybuilder hone is craft. As a teenager, Lee already has a ridiculous physique, and he is prepping to make his bodybuilding debut.
Most recently Bradley Martyn and Tristyn Lee decided to hit the gym together for a session to work on their arms and back. It was an intense session that saw them take a no-nonsense approach and focus on the grind, which they uploaded to YouTube.

Off camera, Martyn and Lee warmed up with some pulldowns, before getting into some working sets. Bradley explains that Tristyn is dealing with some shoulder issues, so while he does deadlifts, Tristyn does bent-over rows.
After this, Bradley and Tristyn trade off with some hefty sets of dumbbell rows. Lee even makes a joke about how Bradley was supposed to be doing bodybuilding-centric training with low weight and high reps, but they’re using 130lb dumbbells.
Next up are some variations of curls, before they move on to some cable pulldowns. After this, the pair move to some t-bar rows, amping each other up through the final reps of their sets.
After taking a second to joke about how Tristyn Lee looked for the good lighting, he and Bradley Martyn get back to work. They do some more cable pulldowns, before going to some seated dumbbell curls.
When it came time for some cross-body curls, Tristyn was actually able to teach Bradley a little something. He explained how moving in a certain direction made your arms look way better during the curls.
“That’s actually ten times better,” Martyn proclaimed.
They ended the workout here, as Bradley Martyn and Tristyn Lee close out the session on a high note. All in all, this was a pretty solid workout between the two, and it is always fun to watch them train together and help each other out.
