The 2025 EVLS Prague Pro is packed with top-caliber Men’s Open competitors. In a recent YouTube video aired on Oct. 23, bodybuilding legend Flex Wheeler and retired Pro Jose Raymond offered their top picks ahead of the event.
Frontrunner Samson Dauda wants redemption after dropping his title to Derek Lunsford at the 2025 Mr. Olympia. He ended up in fourth place on the scorecards, with Rich Gaspari noting that he looked downsized. It affected the strength of his back poses and especially his leg width. He’s since promised to bring a 300-pound physique back to the stage, which he believes should put him back in the winning column.
Martin Fitzwater is the defending champion, having defeated Chris Bumstead last year to claim the Prague Pro title. He took fifth place at the Mr. Olympia with his biggest, most conditioned look of his career, making him another favorite going into the Czech Republic.
There’s massive hype behind Keone Pearson. He extended his reign in Las Vegas to become a three-time 212 Olympia champion following an extremely close battle with Shaun Clarida. This will mark his highly anticipated Men’s Open debut, which he’s been teasing for over a year.

Public confidence in “The Prodigy” has soared ahead of the competition. Before the Olympia, Dennis James argued Pearson could win the Open Mr. Olympia ‘right now.’ Michal “Krizo” Krizanek will also aim to pull off a big win. His physique updates have garnered lots of attention. He doesn’t have to worry about qualifying for the 2026 Mr. Olympia, courtesy of his dominant performance at the ESN British Grand Prix. With such a deep roster on deck, Wheeler and Raymond broke down who they see coming out on top.
