“We’re going to talk about calf training. What I try to focus on is at least two to three movements. Definitely, the standing calf machine raise, the seated calf machine raise, and then sometimes the donkey calf machine if it’s available in the gym.”
“Everyone always wants to know how you have the developed calf muscle. Now, I focus on 12 repetitions and I do at least three working sets per exercise. Always, always training calves on chest day which is once every five to six days in my training routine,” shares Jay Cutler.
