The 2019 Mr. Olympia Weekend has finally started! Before the start of the big competition, Jay Cutler has decided to change his predictions for who will win the event.
The 2019 Mr. Olympia has been full of craziness in its build up. We will be seeing new champions crowned in both the 212 Division, and the Men’s Open Division. There has been a ton of mystery and excitement leading up to this event.
Someone who is particularly excited is former Mr. Olympia champion Jay Cutler. Cutler previously gave his predictions for the 2019 Mr. Olympia. However, as the weekend begins, he has decided to give a last minute change to those choices.
As Cutler explains, in a video uploaded to his YouTube channel, the addition of Hadi Choopan to the competition, things have changed. He details that he thinks the fact that Choopan announced that he will compete in the Open Bodybuilding throws the whole competition off.
Additionally, he explains that he is excited to see how Choopan stacks up against Dexter Jackson. Cutler compares the height of Jackson and Choopan, along with their general physique. However, he points out some key differences between the two.

“I think Dexter definetly has better shape than Hadi, but the thing is, listen it all comes down to hardness and detail.
We’ve seen Hadi’s legs are very detailed, whereas Dexter’s kind of lacked that crazy detail in his legs, even when he was the winner.
But Dexter does that small waist, and his legs looked good at that Tampa show, and I had a guy argue with me tonight, he says Dexter’s going to win the show.”
It seems that he has it narrowed down to just these two.
Either way, Jay Cutler is excited for this year’s Olympia, just like all of us. You can stay tuned to FitnessVolt for all the action surrounding the 2019 Mr. Olympia!
