Open Bodybuilder Nick Walker is pleased with his physique progress ahead of his next contest. On March 10, 2025, he detailed his six-meal breakdown 10 weeks from competing at the 2025 Pittsburgh Pro.
“Woke up this morning around 287. Body feels pretty good. Nothing too crazy, nothing too hardcore. We’re just pushing a little bit now. Body is definitely getting leaner, body is responding. Food is moderate, nothing drastic.”
Walker plans to make up for lost time. He was unable to compete at the 2023 Mr. Olympia after injuring his hamstring and calf. Although he mounted a successful comeback at the 2024 New York Pro against Martin Fitzwater, he was unable to make his highly anticipated return to the Olympia stage. He explained that his body wasn’t responding to preparations.
Now, aiming to regain momentum, he signed up to compete at the 2025 Pittsburgh Pro, which is set for the first time to host the Men’s Open class. With a $100,000 prize reserved for the winner, Walker is preparing to show his all-time best with the help of a new head coach in Kyle Wilkes.

In a recent YouTube video, ‘The Mutant’ walked through his latest full day of eating.
Meal 1
- Jasmine Rice
- Chicken
- Peanut Butter
- Ground Cinnamon
- Iodine Salt
- Blueberries
During his first meal, he mentioned that today was a high-eating day for him.
“We’re doing a little bit of a high day today. We got legs,” he shared.
Meal 2
- Chicken
- Jasmine Rice
- Banana
- Salt
- Ground Cinnamon
- Peanut Butter
- Blueberries
His second meal served as his pre-workout dish before leg training.
“We got our pre-workout meal here,” he shared. “This is basically what I have before training. Probably watch some YouTube videos while I eat. That’s pretty much it, just some standard stuff.”
Pre-Intra Workout Stack
You can find Walker’s pre-intra workout supplements below:
- RAW Pump Non-Stim
- RAW EAA Strawberry Lemonade
- HD Carb Powder
Meal 3
- Jasmine Rice
- MegaFit Chicken
- MegaFit Olive Oil
- Ground Cinnamon
- Pink Salt
- Blueberries
Walker took down rice and chicken next, paired with blueberries, cinnamon, and pink salt, with a splash of olive oil for healthy fats.
“My MegaFit meals came in so that’s dope. I don’t get meals from MegaFit, I just get the bulk meat. So we just got bison and chicken. I get everything plain, no salt or whatever, just plain, plain chicken and bison.”
Meal 4
- MegaFit Chicken
- Jasmine Rice
- Ground Cinnamon
- Salt
Walker’s next meal contained no added fats, and he prefers to keep his diet as simple as possible by avoiding extra seasonings.
“No fats with this meal,” shared Walker. “I don’t tend to use sauce or many seasonings when I’m in prep, very little if I crave it once in a while I’ll put some on but I tend to keep it as plain as possible. People are going to be like oh, that’s hardcore, no. It’s not that, it’s just I like to keep as many variables as simple as possible.”
Meal 5
- MegaFit Chicken
- Jasmine Rice
Staying in line with his simple dieting approach, Walker enjoyed chicken and rice for his fifth meal of the day.
“Nothing crazy, crazy,” he added.
Meal 6
- Jasmine Rice
- MegaFit Bison
- Peanut Butter
- Ground Cinnamon
- Pink Salt
Walker saved his bison for last to stay full throughout the night.
“Going to eat this meal, finish this, and then I’m going to head to bed.”
Walker will face a tough lineup at the nearing 2025 Pittsburgh Pro from May 10-11. Fans look forward to his rematch against Martin Fitzwater, who took fourth place on the 2024 Mr. Olympia stage. In addition, he will face off against Michal Krizo and Vitaliy ‘Good Vito’ Ugolnikov. If he’s successful, he’ll earn his qualification for the 2025 Mr. Olympia.
