Sam Sulek is quickly gaining steam in the fitness community, recently attracting attention from some of bodybuilding’s greatest, including Ronnie Coleman. Upon discovering Sam Sulek, Ronnie Coleman took to YouTube, sharing a video in which he reacts to Sulek’s impressive lifts and provides insights into his jacked physique.
Ronnie Coleman is a bodybuilding legend most known for his undeniable work ethic and determination. During the late 90s into the early 2000s, Coleman earned eight consecutive Mr. Olympia titles tying the record with Lee Haney. He was also made famous thanks to his uncanny strength, which was constantly on display, be it his 800-pound squat, deadlift, or even his historic 2,300-pound leg press reps.
During his time on stage, Ronnie Coleman maintained a monstrous physique equipped with symmetry and muscle density. To maintain his massive size and shape, Coleman explains that he had to eat 600 grams of protein a day, emphasizing the importance of red meat for muscle growth.

While Ronnie Coleman was known for his strict and rather grueling diet, Sam Sulek has gained a reputation for eating the complete opposite. Sulek’s self-proclaimed ‘trash diet’ consists of gallons of chocolate milk and Krispie Kreme donuts which in return has caused fans to question his health though Sulek has always said to take his advice with a grain of salt.

Sulek’s exercise routine consists of plenty of cardio as well as weight training. Having seen some of Sam Sulek’s videos, Ronnie Coleman sat down and shared his reaction to his bigger lifts.
Sam Sulek starts the video doing different poses in front of the mirror before getting into cable exercises for the triceps.
“Yeah, buddy! Here we go. Another jacked kid coming up. My man is jacked up y’all. Let’s go, Sam. Show me something.
Alright. Working them triceps. Lookin good Sam. Lookin good there buddy. Yeah, that’s what I’m talking about!”

“Gotta hit them weights hard and heavy” Ronnie Coleman comments.

Moving into more cable movements, Ronnie Coleman can’t help but acknowledge Sulek’s huge arms.
“Get them arms big Sam. Gotta get them arms big. Yeah, buddy! Let’s go. Let’s go. Let’s go. That’s what I’m talking about. Yeah, buddy! Okay, that’s a little bit too much help but it’s all good. All you Sam, all you. There you go come on.”

Sam Sulek finishes off the video posing in the mirror showing off his lats. Coleman gives his thoughts on his physique and what he thinks he needs to improve.
“He lookin’ pretty good. Kind of jacked. Once he gets some striation going in there he will be off the chain. He gets them arms just a little bit rounder.
Get some peak on them biceps he will be…Yeah.”
When asked if he believes Sulek is natural or not, Coleman laughed before giving his response. Then addressed Sulek directly telling him to reach out so they could link up for a meal and a possible workout.
“Oh, come on now! There ain’t nothing natural about him except for the hat he got on.”
“Let’s see about me and you getting together and having a meal and maybe a workout. Hit your boy big Ron up and let’s do this. Yeah, buddy!”
Ronnie Coleman isn’t the only one to question whether Sam Sulek is natural or not. Podcast host Joe Rogan shared during an episode of the Joe Rogan Experience that he could hear the steroids in his voice. Rogan believes that the sport of bodybuilding is impossible without steroids, so Sulek using them was by no means a shock.
Sam Sulek is continuing to do what works best for him. His unconventional methods for dieting and training have earned him recognition from bodybuilders like Chris Bumstead who believes he is taking over the world. Regardless, Sulek shows great potential should he decide to compete professionally as a bodybuilder. Until then, fans can enjoy watching Sulek’s fitness journey on social media.
