Due to current circumstances, it sure doesn’t hurt to have lots of workout options. It’s anyone’s guess as to when we may have access to our gyms again, and not that we can’t get in a great session at home, but it’s always nice to keep things interesting, especially if you have limited equipment.
Several well-known individuals have shared their routines for fans and anyone else looking for great ideas to keep in shape. Actor Chris Hemsworth, elite powerlifter Stefi Cohen, fitness icon Calum Von Moger, and even Mets player Tim Tebow are a few of those names.
But recently, the three-time (2017, 2018, 2019) women’s CrossFit champion Tia-Clair Toomey live-streamed a fitness class for folks at CrossFit Waterside. But this is a great opportunity for anyone to get in a top-tier workout led by one of the world’s elites.

Toomey explained that this was her first time doing something like this so she explained the process and mentioned that she’d be answering questions during the workout.
Here are the details of the workout…
Every Minute On the Minute x 16 Mins (4 total round)
- Min 1: Max Hand Release Push Ups
- Min 2: Max Jumping Lunges or Alternating Lunges
- Min 3: Max Burpees
- Min 4: Rest or Challenge yourself to a 30 secs Hollow Hold
Notes: So the workout is 16 minutes in total. Every minute, on the minute, you’ll do something different which you can see in the details. Do as many reps as you can for each exercise for 50 seconds, rest 10 seconds, and then start the next exercise. Although, based on your experience level, feel free to modify the workout to your abilities.
You can either rest on the 4th minute or do a 30-second hollow hold which is optional but great for those who want a challenge.
We recommend watching the session and following along as Toomey shows how to do the exercises, stretches, and explains important details about the workout. This will ensure you get the most out of it.
