“My joints, my skin is much better with butter. I could get away with it when I was 20. When I was 20, laid on the beach three hours a day, I was, I could look good for most of my 20s.”
“You know, on real low-fat diets, no butter just sugar, okay? But I found nowadays I age a lot quicker with more sugar” Platz revealed.
