The 2023 Fitness Authority Poland Muscle Fest Pro is one of the more prominent bodybuilding shows in the country, and competitors from the Men’s Physique and Bikini categories put on fireworks in Warsaw, Poland, on October 22. This was an Olympia-qualifying event but for next year’s season.
With details surrounding the 2024 Mr. Olympia competition still being finalized, at the time of this publication, we are unsure where, when, and what venue will be chosen for the sport’s most important gathering of the year. The point system was shelved in 2023 and athletes who wished to perform at Olympia in 2023 had to win a Pro show.
It was a thrilling night in Poland, with plenty of men standing out both during prejudging and the finals. However, the muscularity, structure, and dry conditioning of Emile Walker stole the show with gold. He heads into 2024 as one of the first Men’s Physique talents to punch his respective ticket. Meanwhile, Valerya Fedorenko secured the title in Bikini with an aesthetic package!
