Bodybuilder Michal Krizo has gained a lot of attention for his freakish physique over the last year. In a recent post made on Instagram, Krizo revealed he’s tipping the scales at a monstrous 300 pounds while showing off his physique in a guest posing appearance.
Michal Krizo took the bodybuilding world by storm as a Men’s Open competitor with freakish muscle mass and huge arms. He made a name for himself competing in the IFBB Elite Pro League before switching to the IFBB Pro League last year. He emerged as one of the most hyped prospects entering the later stages of the season after earning his Pro card with a win at the 2022 Amateur Olympia Italy. The Slovakian contender dominated the competition at the 2022 EVLS Prague Pro, scoring gold and securing his entry to the 2022 Mr. Olympia.
Krizo’s entry into the division added a ton of excitement to the show. He received major praise from former Mr. Olympia Samir Bannout who backed him to assert his place in the mix of title contention with intense posing practice. Men’s Open contender Iain Valliere took issue with the buzz Krizo was able to generate and fired shots at him after he got compared to former two-time Mr. Olympia Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay. Krizo hit back at Valliere for his criticisms and promised a fierce battle on stage.
Along with Krizo, his old foe Blessing Awodibu also showed promise going into the Olympia. The pair sent warning shots to their competition with ripped physique updates a few days out of the contest.
After making his way to Las Vegas, Michal Krizo made headlines at the press conference for giving an insanely jacked physique preview. In the end, Krizo placed 12th in the stacked lineup of his maiden Olympia appearance.
Following the outcome, Krizo opened up on his troubles with conditioning at the Olympia last December. He pinned the blame on enduring a busy season that left him drained for the most prestigious fitness showcase in the world. Although he got the chance to sign up for the 2023 Arnold Classic, Krizo chose to stay on the sidelines due to the short turnaround time. He plans to return to action at the 2023 Arnold Classic UK and would like to participate two to three times before the Olympia.
