Well! It is quite obvious that no matter how much you try harder at your workplace there are still something that will make your job counterproductive. Yes! And we are not talking about the effects that occur at your workplace, no no no no! Don’t get us wrong. We are talking about the events that happen when you are not at your workplace and still knowingly or unknowingly become a part of something or the other which lead to less productivity.
And you are thinking right at the moment! Do these things exists in the lives of bodybuilders and the profession of bodybuilding? The answer is YES! In spite of the fact that bodybuilders look healthy, they scream and are tough, but there are certain things that they do outside the gym that become counterproductive sometimes. Here are some of them:
1. Vanity
Well, who doesn’t want to praise their body? And if you’ve a great physique it will become quite obvious to look at your body for hours in the mirror, right? WRONG! This will not only remove you from your goals but also will degrade your performance. We are not suggesting you not to look at your progress but always have a different view while you check your progress. Just don’t praise yourself. See your body as if you are your critic.
