He’s baaaack. Everyone’s favorite Instagram fitness celebrity, the man we all grew to love to hate, is making headlines again. This time he’s not making earth-shattering PR’s but he’s trying out Muay Thai.
In a candid video, Brad Castleberry is shown, with horrible form, doing some basic Muay-Thai drills with Hans Molenkamp at(I’m guessing) his gym. Hans is an avid MMA fan and trainer who’s worked with basically everyone you can think off in MMA.
It’s interesting to note that Kenny KO recently challenged Brad to a charity boxing-esque fight which Brad accepted and even suggested the charity combat event be an MMA rules type one.
Now, I am not saying Brad is actually starting a potential training camp for that potential showdown with fellow youtuber, but it’s an interesting speculation. However, I have to point out, once again how horrible and stiff Brad looked hitting those pads.

For a guy that has solid athleticism (he is lying about this being a 70 inch vertical, but it’s still impressive)and pretty good footwork-he is downright TERRIBLE at punching and kicking. Holy shit, he looks like he never threw a punch in his life.
For example, her’s Vasyl Lomachenko, lightweight boxing kingpin training Muay-Thai kick for the first time ever.

Yes, it looks bad but as far as this being the man’s first time it’s great! He understands movement and is getting pointers from his coach.
Now let’s get back at Brad Castleberry. As far as on-camera proof/footage, Brad has put on boxing gloves and hit mits at least once before and from the looks of things he hasn’t improved one bit.
He throws strikes like an obese out of shape uncle who has “dad strength”. I still think Brad won’t come anywhere near a boxing ring or MMA cage with Kenny or anyone capable of hitting him back in it with him, but it’s fun to speculate.
Maybe if he does, he can run around the ring long enough so his opponent will just gas out.
