Fans have been wondering when beloved bodybuilder Big Ramy would be competing again. Finally, he has officially announced when he will be returning.
Big Ramy has not competed since the 2018 Mr. Olympia competition, where he earned sixth place. Although he has made impressive guest appearances, he has yet to make his return to bodybuilding, since that performance. However, all that will be changing soon.
While Big Ramy previously stated he wanted to return before the end of 2019, it does not appear that he will be doing so. The initial assumptions were that we would be seeing him compete in one of the shows after the 2019 Mr. Olympia. Despite that, according to a report from Ron Harris, he will not be returning until early next year.
According to this report, Harris spoke to people from the Arnold Classic Ohio. These representatives confirmed for him that Big Ramy will be making his Arnold debut, in March.
This will be around a year and a half since his last competition. This was his statement on the issue:

Big Ramy will be competing for the very first time at the Arnold Classic in March. So he will not be doing any shows post-Olympia, but we will definitely see him for the first time on the Arnold Classic Ohio stage, just a few short months away from now.”

This is exciting news for those of you who are fans of Big Ramy. While the hope was that he would appear this year, especially after seeing him in the gym, this is still going to be good. The debut of Big Ramy on the Arnold stage will be a sight to behold.
